Mmm.. time to think up another challenge. 



  • 100 Day Challenge Beginning January 1, 2011, the challenge is to move – intentionally – for 30 minutes a day for 100 days in a row. It doesn’t matter what it is. Join me?
  • Whoa, those stats look bad!! But, hey, when you really think about it, exercising an average of 66% of the days is not a bad thing! So, I am bombing the 100 day Challenge. I'm still moving more than not. So, I can't feel too badly. Besides, I had some great reasons why I didn't do better this month. I might blog about it. Or not. 
  • Mar 2011 -  has come and gone. The bad news.... not even close to 30 minutes a day..the good news... I am exercising at least 3x per week, and I have decided to train for a 5KM trail run. Wish me perseverance and healthy knees!!

  • March 1 - 35 minute walk outdoors -- it was FREEZING!!

  • Jan 2011 87% success rate

  • May - Be Challenge Free!
  • Apr - reading fiction books only
  • Mar - Exercise at least 30 minutes every day
  • Feb - journal for at least 20 minutes every day
  • Jan - never the same main dish twice
